Michael S. Glassner

Michael is currently President of C&M Transcontinental LLC. National in scope, C&MT provides expert advice for successful public affairs strategies in highly regulated environments. The company devises and executes highly focused communications, litigation and operational plans for companies, candidates and campaign committees. C&MT builds strategies for online, direct, and grassroots lobbying, political campaigns, corporate and social media messaging, coalition building, crisis response management, influencer identification and management, and political action committee operations.

Michael is also Chairman of Frontline Government Relations, the nation’s premier America First government relations firm, dedicated exclusively to advancing the policies and principles that define the MAGA movement. Led by two of the most influential strategists in modern American politics, Frontline GR has established deep and trusted relationships with key decision-makers within the Trump administration, on Capitol Hill, and across the broader conservative movement, including Cabinet officials, West Wing staff, Members of Congress, and senior Capitol Hill personnel.

Michael S. Glassner served as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Campaign Manager for Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. from July 2015 until November 2020. He is one of the longest serving senior executives in modern presidential campaign history and has had senior roles in six presidential campaigns. As COO of the 2020 campaign, he oversaw a billion-dollar budget and was responsible for digital communications, finance, legal, human resources, event fundraising, rally planning and execution, and the general day-to-day campaign operations for the President’s re-election committee. The President won more votes than any Republican presidential candidate in history.

Michael frequently appears as a speaker and panelist at political conferences across the country and is the author of numerous op-ed columns. He appears frequently as a political commentator on national media outlets. 

Michael formerly served as a senior political advisor for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). In this role, he conducted educational briefings with Members of Congress and candidates for federal office and organized foreign policy and political briefings. AIPAC is a registered domestic lobby whose principal mission is to work with Congress on legislation that strengthens the U.S.-Israel relationship.

Before founding C&MT, Michael was Senior Vice President for External Affairs at the IDT Corporation, commanding a government and public affairs enterprise for one of America’s leading technology and telecommunications companies. Glassner led IDT’s local, state, and federal government relations, internal and external communications, investor relations, and the IDT corporate PAC. 

Prior to joining IDT, Michael was the Chief of Staff to Lewis M. Eisenberg, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. As a senior advisor to the Chairman of this major bi-state government agency he served on an executive team that developed major regional projects including the net lease of the World Trade Center complex, the design and construction of terminals at the region’s major airports, the development of AirTrain Newark, the replacement of the PATH subway’s rail car fleet, and the renewals of long-term lease agreements at Port Newark.

Born in Oklahoma and raised in Kansas, Michael served for over 15 years as a top political and policy advisor to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole, including stints as Sen. Dole’s state director, executive director of his national political action committee, and campaign manager. 

Michael was appointed by President Trump to serve as a Member of the United States Holocaust Commission for a five-year term. He currently is a member of the Microsoft Corporation’s Advisory Council for Policy and Politics. He has also served as a board member for the American Diabetes Association, the American Red Cross of Northern New Jersey, Rutgers Business School, and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. 

Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas. He has completed certificate programs in Financial Accounting, Project Finance, and Bond Markets at the New York Institute of Finance, New York, NY, and completed a Mini MBA: Business Essentials at Rutgers University, Morristown, NJ. 

Michael resides in Mendham Borough, NJ with his wife, Mayor Christine Serrano Glassner, and their two daughters.
